1/ The acceptance rate is defined as the number/value of authorized payments as a proportion
to the number/value of requested payments.
2/ The chargeback rate is defined as the number/value of chargebacks (transactions disputed by the
cardholder to his bank because of charge refusal, such that the
cardholder's bank starts the funds return process to the ecommerce's bank) as a proportion to the
number/value of authorized payments.
3/ The refund rate is defined as the number/value of refunds (transactions in which the
commerce requests the funds return from his bank to the cardholder's bank, because
the customer returned the goods or did not use the acquired services) as a proportion to the
number/value of authorized payments.
